Returns and Exchanges

Because many of our items are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review all details (spelling, colors, and customization selections) carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color or style preferences

  • Incorrect information provided at checkout

If your item arrives damaged or with an error made on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Local Pickup Orders

All local pickup orders are considered final sale once collected.
If you notice an issue at pickup, please notify us immediately so it can be addressed.
