Hey y'all, I'm Carly, or as my niece and nephews like to call me "CC."

There's nothing better than turning something ordinary into something someone will treasure.

By early morning, evening, and any spare minute I can find, I'm behind an embroidery machine, turning blank fabric into something someone will actually love.

CC's Stitches and Things started as a way to make beautiful, personal things for the people I love, and it turned into so much more. Now I design custom embroidery files, invitation templates, and educational guides for makers who want to learn the craft themselves, plus I bring the whole embroidery experience straight to boutiques and events around Birmingham.

I'm also an occupational therapist and finishing up my doctorate, so if there's one thing I know how to do, it's make things work efficiently and beautifully at the same time. That shows up in every design I create.

Every design that comes out of this business gets the same care I'd put into something for my own family. Thoughtful. A little Southern. Made to last.

When I'm not stitching, you'll find me curating outfits, testing products worth talking about, or convincing myself I have time for one more project.
